What you'll be doing

  • You will be part of the Service department and responsible for offerings and implementation in public and hybrid cloud scenarios, combining existing basic services and components for demanding digital administrative services.
  • You will be the central point of contact for your team.
  • You will be responsible for the development of the portfolio and reference architectures.
  • You will coordinate your team and be responsible for resource management and reporting.
  • You will monitor the economic success of your team and implement measures to ensure growth.
  • You will drive the implementation of the growth strategy by hiring, developing, and retaining your team members.
  • You will be responsible for realizing innovative digital projects according to your expertise.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with contractual service level agreements with clients.
