Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with client requirements and project goals, showcasing creativity and innovation in every proposal.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring they are at the forefront of every project.

Design Conceptualization: Envision and deliver a client-directed project. Evaluate client needs and provide design options and feasibility.

Solution Presentation: Present, promote, and sell our construction services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.

Sales Target Achievement: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, driving our business's growth.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure the service offerings are accurately represented and align with client expectations.


We're Searching for Someone With:

Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in sales, preferably within the construction/ design or related industry, with at least 3 years of experience.

Communication and Negotiation Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.

Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to create and execute sales plans and strategies.

Client-Focused: A strong focus on understanding and meeting client needs, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Team Collaboration: A team-oriented approach, with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Educational Foundation: A degree in Design, Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
