- Monitor server/network operations
- Work directly with the development team and provide infrastructure support
- Set up and configure web applications such as Sitefinity, Sitecore, Kentico, etc. on Windows Microsoft Servers
- Troubleshoot and provide support with applications and server related issues
- Provide client support for on-premise and off-premise hosting
- Automated deployments using latest industry tools
- PowerShell scripting and automating manual tasks
- Perform the necessary steps to resolve any issues that may arise
- This includes working with Windows IIS web servers, Windows SQL database servers, email services, multimedia services, FTP/SFTP, DNS, antivirus, security patches, etc.
- 5 years of experience deploying web applications
- Experience with Ansible and Docker
- Experience setting up end to end CI/CD
- Likes to dig into problems and improve processes
- Basic hardware troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with Azure and AWS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Database Backup, maintenance plans and support
- Knowledge working with IIS configuration and Advanced AppPool settings
- A passion for cutting-edge innovations and technology within the world of web hosting
- Someone who can point to a situation where they've simplified a process or reduced costs
- Work with containerized deployments (Rancher, AKS, EKS, Tanzu, etc.)
- Using Terraform and other infrastructure-as-Code tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.)
