  • you will act as a liaison between our existing customer support, project areas, and software development
  • you will become an expert in our products and delve deep into the technology, domain, and specificities of public transportation
  • you will automate our operational processes and advise our development team on experience-based improvements in resilience, stability, and operability
  • you will impress with convincing concepts and processes for our numerous, sometimes very different customers
