Dennis Port Start date: Immediate or negotiable Tasks: The Deputy Head will support the Head of School in shared leadership and play a major role in: * Strategic planning, management, leadership, and development of the school * Promoting a positive climate and culture within the school and setting a positive example at all times * Ensuring clear communication and understanding of the school's vision among all stakeholders * Establishing goals and objectives for the school * Implementing policies to achieve these goals and objectives * Managing staff and resources Requirements: * Previous experience in an administrative role in the education sector * Experience in pedagogical leadership positions * Bachelor's or Master's degree in education or a related field * Strong understanding of the UK international education system (IGCSE/A levels) * Excellent organizational skills and ability to efficiently handle administrative tasks.
