Training as a nurse

As a trainee nurse at our university hospital in West Concord, you have the opportunity to prepare for your professional life and start your career in nursing with many opportunities for further education and advancement.

The practical training takes place mainly at our hospital and at selected cooperation partners (long-term care, outpatient care).

The theoretical training is completed at one of our cooperating nursing schools.

You will learn to professionally and evidence-based plan, apply, and evaluate the care of people of all ages.

The focus is on the reserved tasks of nursing, such as assessing and determining care needs, organizing, designing, and managing the care process, and analyzing, evaluating, securing, and developing the quality of care.
