The Director, HR Infrastructure and Operations will be responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of the HR technology infrastructure, including the development of a comprehensive compensation program.

The collaboration and partnership with constituents across the organization is crucial due to the many needed updates to current HR processes and systems in place.


This is a key role in the success of the HR transformation journey as many of the current workflows and existing systems will change due to the new HR technology.

Common assumptions and existing processes will need to be questioned, and each challenge will be an opportunity to improve. The team member will play an integral role in the ongoing HR alignment and strategy of the organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate NECC operational practices and procedures.
  • Support integration between and intersection of HRIS planning, coordination, and successful implementation of technologies through transformational work with respect to the needed infrastructure.
  • Ensure monitoring quality controls, performing system audits, and maintaining close oversight during technological implementations and integrations.
  • Develop strong partnerships with various departments across the organization.
  • Participate to create and maintain a DEI workplace by helping establish systems and practices that support equity.
  • Manage / support for researching and resolving problems, unexpected results, and process flaws, recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
  • Build and implement a sustainable total compensation structure and plan that ensures fair and equitable compensation practice throughout the organization.
  • Oversee the HR Operations and compensation, which includes the Manager of Employee Relations and Total Rewards and their team.

Skills/Competencies:


  • Enthusiastic about solving complex, systemtosystem integration challenges
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fastpaced environment with stakeholders and users.
  • Strong technology expertise and advanced analytical skills; ability to lead, develop, conduct, test and document the operation of the HR systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of complex HR operations to maintain the credibility of HR systems.
  • Solid Total Rewards knowledge; building compensation programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to engage and influence effectively at all levels for effecting timely progress.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, excellent verbal and communication skills, and an ability to motivate team members.

Experience:


  • 10+ years of HR experience.
  • Building a robust Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Understands the current situation, stays optimistic and moves forward.
  • Experience working in a complex and growthorientated organization.
  • Results oriented, possessing a handson, thoughtful action mindset.
  • Experience working closely with senior management.
  • A strong leader who is able to champion and drive results crossfunctionally throughout the organization.
  • Experience with managing a diverse team.

Education, Licensure, Certifications and Registrations:


  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • MBA or Master's degree preferred
