Volvo Cars Carlsbad is seeking an experienced Assistant Office Manager (experienced/familiar with all desks of administrative office) to join our dynamic team.

If you have a background in automotive dealership operations and possess excellent administrative and managerial skills, we want to hear from you Automotive dealership experience is required to be considered for this position.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Must be proficient in Contracts and DMV processing. Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the office and dealership operations.

Financial Management: Assist in managing financial activities, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.

Human Resources: Collaborate with HR in employee onboarding, record-keeping, and other HR-related tasks.
-
Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service in all interactions, both internal and external.

Inventory Control: Work closely with relevant departments to ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory.

Communication: Facilitate communication between various departments and ensure smooth information flow.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to enhance overall efficiency.


Requirements:

Automotive Dealership Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the automotive dealership industry.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with dealership management software is a plus.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
