Job Summary:
Duties:
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally
- Conducting phone calls with customers and vendors (No cold calls required)
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer records and information
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
Skills:
- Proficiency in English speaking and typing
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
