CSO is looking for an Assistant Director for our PACT-Youth team in Pittsfield.

Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is an evidence-based intensive outpatient treatment program designed to assist youth overcome the barriers to their recovery from severe and persistent behavioral health disorders.

The goal of the PACT-Y service is to provide Youth and their Families with a comprehensive range of behavioral health services and supports that ensure the Youth can remain living in their community and prevent the need for out-of-home, residential, and/or hospital levels of care.

As the Assistant Director of the PACT Youth Program:

You Will:

Provide daytoday programmatic and administrative oversight of PACT-Y program including clinical, rehabilitative, multidisciplinary and recoveryoriented services to support clients' recovery journey.
Develop, oversee and participate in ongoing program activities, including onsite group and community activities that are active, flexible, ongoing, communitybased and that include assertive outreach, rehabilitation, and support.
Coordinate and ensure that quality services are provided within the PACT-Y team.
Manage the program budget with support from the Program Director.
Manage the referral process.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with the community including the Department of Mental Health and any other appropriate community members.
Manage the hiring and training of staff in collaboration with the Program Director.
Ensure fidelity to evidencebased models and provide onsite or homebased clinical support as needed.
Perform trauma informed intake assessments and complete clinical assessments.
Participate in collaborative care planning and case management with clients and program staff.
Participate in treatment planning, team meetings, inservice trainings, and other required meetings.
Maintain complete, accurate and timely records.

Your Background:

Clinical Master's degree with three years' relevant experience (required)
Highest level of Massachusetts' licensure in appropriate discipline (preferred)
2+ years supervisory experience (preferred)
Must be able to work independently as well in a team environment, and follow through with projects; be able to work a flexible schedule which may include evening and weekend work, as required by client needs
Must possess valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
