At our location in Butte, MT, we are looking for a Procurement Controller (m/f/d) for our Contract Logistics division to join us as soon as possible.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting procurement planning
  • Monitoring, reporting, and expanding relevant KPIs across various procurement areas
  • Acting as a point of contact for procurement managers and providing advisory support for management decisions
  • Controlling procurement processes and associated procedures
  • Participating in projects and taking responsibility for subprojects
  • Conducting budget comparisons and creating a monthly report with commentary for procurement
  • Calculating, analyzing, and reporting on savings from procurement measures
  • Assisting with analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Ensuring data quality and transparency of procurementrelated data, identifying potential for optimization
  • Regular coordination with procurement, supply chain, and segment controllers
  • Actively supporting the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Playing an active role in the development and digitalization of tools and processes as part of the German controlling team
