Description

We are looking for a flexible and motivated Order Processing Employee in full-time for a long-term position within direct placement. This position is with an established and attractive company in the food industry located in 28217 Bremen. The company is known for its flat hierarchies, open communication culture, and tradition and expertise.

As an Order Processing Employee, your responsibilities will include:

Serving as a link between internal logistics processes, warehouse and transportation management, and departments and development teams
Handling individual customer inquiries to ensure a smooth process
Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and processing standards at external warehouses
Analyzing and designing processes and systems for digital channels and retail
Assisting departments with implementing and optimizing new logistics processes
In addition to managing pre-orders and backlogs, you will also handle back-office tasks in sales and order processing

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A passion for the world of logistics and sales, with some practical experience in this field
A completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication skills and a self-motivated and organized work style
