    Job Description

    As the Senior Director, of Programs P2P, you'll play a critical role in achieving our goals by developing and implementing strategic plans and activities. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive fundraising initiatives, all while ensuring effective day-to-day operations.

    Strategic Planning and Implementation:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies for our peer-to-peer programs.
    • Align these strategies with our organizational mission and vision.
    • Continuously assess and adjust plans based on internal and external factors.
    Program Management:
    • Oversee all aspects of peer-to-peer fundraising programs on both national and regional levels.
    • Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
    Stakeholder Communication:
    • Effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and donors.
    • Foster strong relationships to enhance fundraising efforts.
    • Present complex information clearly and concisely.
    Leadership and Prioritization:
    • Balance high-level organizational priorities while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
    • Lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve fundraising targets.
    • Make data-driven decisions to optimize program performance.
    Qualifications:
    • National Peer to Peer fundraising strategy experience, innovation, and staff development.
    • Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, particularly within peer-to-peer strategies.
    • Familiarity with donor engagement, stewardship, and retention.
    • Strategic Thinker:
      • Ability to develop and execute long-term plans aligned with organizational goals.
      • Comfortable adapting strategies as needed based on changing circumstances.
    • Management Skills:
      • Thorough understanding of general management principles.
      • Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and special events fundraising.
    • Communication Proficiency:
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
    • Education and Experience:
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (8+ years) in a relevant field.
