- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies for our peer-to-peer programs.
- Align these strategies with our organizational mission and vision.
- Continuously assess and adjust plans based on internal and external factors.
- Oversee all aspects of peer-to-peer fundraising programs on both national and regional levels.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and donors.
- Foster strong relationships to enhance fundraising efforts.
- Present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Balance high-level organizational priorities while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve fundraising targets.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize program performance.
- National Peer to Peer fundraising strategy experience, innovation, and staff development.
- Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, particularly within peer-to-peer strategies.
- Familiarity with donor engagement, stewardship, and retention.

- Ability to develop and execute long-term plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Comfortable adapting strategies as needed based on changing circumstances.
- Management Skills:
- Thorough understanding of general management principles.
- Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and special events fundraising.

- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (8+ years) in a relevant field.
