We currently provide the opportunity for a hybrid/flex-hour work schedule.**We are seeking an experienced
Proposal Manager - A/E/CM Industry for our Syosset, Long Island Office.

Responsibilities:

The
Marketing Specialist is responsible for the coordination and
development of technical proposals and presentations. Responsibilities also include interfacing with technical personnel and coordinating submissions with sub consultants and joint-venture partners.

Qualifications:

5+ years' experience required in writing and editing proposals and presentations in the A/E/CM industry
Bachelor's degree preferred

Familiarity with construction management, engineering and/or architecture concepts
:

Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling proposal language
Knowledge and familiarity working with all industry Standard Forms and New York City/State agency procurement procedures highly desired
The ability to multitask, manage and meet deadlines in an extremely fastpaced environment
Ability to work as a team player
The experience and judgment to work proactively without direction or responses from technical staff
Design/Build proposal experience a plus
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment.

Compensation: Min: $75,000

Max: $90,000
