We are currently looking for you as part of direct personnel placement as a Facility Manager (m/f/d) in Silver Grove, KY.

We expect from you:

  • A completed degree in Special Education, Social Work or a related field
  • Ideally, several years of experience in managing residential and support facilities
  • Reliability and a high level of responsibility and organizational skills

Your tasks will include:

  • You enjoy leading a team in a collaborative work environment
  • You will independently manage a residential area as well as a support and care area with budget responsibility
  • You actively and independently promote and manage the professional development of your team members
  • You will represent the regional management in the Baden area and act as a representative for the residential area towards the supervisory authority
