We are currently looking to fill a position in our Holland location - it is a part time position with potential to grow - the position is for a front desk/scribe combo.
While the position is for the Holland office - interviewing and training would take place in our North Muskegon office.
Also this doctor comes to see patients one day every other week in North Muskegon.The front desk position is vital to the running of the office. You are the first person the patient meets and you help facilitate their experience with our office.
Responsibilities for this position would include but are not limited to:
Check in/Check out
Collecting payments from patients
Answering phone calls
Scheduling patients
Printing documents for patients
Creating notes for doctors
Creating and submitting claims
Scribes type details of each appointment into the chart. Strong typing skills are required.
As you would be filling both roles multitasking is key to being successful in this position.
Experience in the medical field is a plus but is not necessary. We are looking for the right fit personality wise for our small office.
This position would start as part time with the potential to increase hours.
