Responsibilities:


  • Plan and organize a diverse range of events, including meetings, parties, fundraisers, and outings.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budgeting.
  • Promote events to club members and the broader community through various marketing channels.
  • Recruit, train, and oversee event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate relationships with sponsors, vendors, and other stakeholders to support event initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of event expenses and financial transactions.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in a club or organizational setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay:
$60,000.00 per year
