Job Summary

Responsibilities:


  • Administer access controls and identity management processes for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), ensuring that users have appropriate access privileges based on their roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to gather access requirements and implement access control policies and procedures.
  • Configure and manage user provisioning and deprovisioning processes within EBS, including user account creation, modification, and removal.
  • Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations and address any identified issues or discrepancies.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for accessrelated issues, working closely with system administrators and IT support teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in access and identity management and contribute to the continuous improvement of access control processes and systems.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree.

Required skills:


  • Proven experience in access and identity management, particularly within enterprise systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
  • Strong understanding of access control concepts and methodologies, including rolebased access control (RBAC) and least privilege principle.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), with a focus on the Projects modules for Planning and Control, Portfolio Analysis, Costing, and Contracts.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality solutions.

Desired skills:


  • Certification in access and identity management or related field (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)).
  • Experience with access control tools and systems, such as Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) or similar IAM solutions.
  • Familiarity with access governance and compliance frameworks, such as ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Experience with implementing single signon (SSO) solutions and federated identity management.

Clearance:


  • Eligible to obtain a Secret Secrutiy clearance.
