Teller-Floater to support our members at our
Plainview and Mineola branches.
The Teller-Floater's Responsibilities and Duties will include:
- Responding to members and assisting in the processing of various financial transactions.
- Processing account transactions, issuing bank checks.
- Ordering/shipping currency and coin.
- Proving the vault, ATM and coin counting machine daily.
- Working collaboratively with other staff members, assisting others as needed.
- Being committed to success
Qualifications and Skills required for the Teller-Floater position are:
- A minimum of 3 months of previous relevant work experience. Previous experience at a credit union is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism and tact as this position interfaces with internal staff and members.
- Great communication skills as this position will be required to explain complex financial issues in understandable terms.
