Overview:


What you'll do:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer recruitment and engagement strategy to support product research and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and researchers to identify target customer segments and recruitment criteria.
  • Manage the endtoend process of recruiting customers for interviews, surveys, beta testing, and other research activities.
  • Facilitate and coordinate customer engagement activities, such as focus groups, user feedback sessions, and customer advisory boards.
  • Build and maintain a database of engaged customers willing to participate in product research and feedback opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on customer feedback and insights to inform product decisions and priorities.
  • Foster a culture of customer empathy within the product team, ensuring that customer perspectives are integrated into the product development process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction with the program.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the customer recruitment and engagement program, making adjustments as needed to meet program goals and objectives.

What you bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in running customer engagement or recruitment, or a similar role, preferably within a productfocused organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with customer research methodologies and tools
  • Passion for customer advocacy and a deep understanding of the importance of customer empathy in product development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
