The AWO Forest Kindergarten in Berg offers children aged 3 to school age the opportunity to get to know and understand themselves and nature with all their senses.

To support our Forest Kindergarten in Berg, we are looking for a *Child Care Worker (m/f/d) / Pedagogical Support Staff (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time* starting on
September 1, 2023:

Job Description:

Supervision and support of the nursery or kindergarten children together with your team based on our pedagogical concept.
Planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of all professional and pedagogical measures.
Facilitating the partnership with parents and providing guidance.
Internal and external networking.
Orientation towards the mission statement and principles of the AWO.

Your Qualifications:

Completed vocational training as a child care worker or equivalent qualification.
Weatherproof joy in playing, learning, and discovering with children in nature.
Enthusiasm and personal commitment to your profession.
Flexible and creative approach to the demands of everyday life in a daycare setting.
Respectful and polite communication with children, parents, colleagues
