- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to coordinate project activities, manage resources, and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Technology Implementation: Source and implement new technologies and tools to improve training and onboarding approaches, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our programs remain cutting-edge.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, work breakdown structures, and progress reports, to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Change Management and Stakeholder Satisfaction: Employ change management methodologies to anticipate stakeholder needs and mitigate potential resistance, while also ensuring regular communication and satisfaction among all project participants.
- Quality Assurance: Establish critical paths, milestones, and delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and align with project objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a project management or training capacity.
- Strong understanding of training and development principles, instructional design methodologies, and project management best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) and/or instructional design (e.g., CPTD) is a plus.
