- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 1+ years of full-service restaurant experience
- Reliable transportation
- Provide hospitable and knowledgeable service while suggestively selling
- Produce all beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic according to recipe specs, ensuring quality and proper presentation
- Set up, break down and stock the bar, maintaining visual appeal of the bar
- Follow prep list assignments preparing mixes according to recipe
- Ring all purchases, follow accurate cash handling procedures, and balance drawers at end of the shift
- Practice acceptable food handling and safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Know and practice proper alcohol liability procedures
