- Manage and oversee quality control procedures and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable FDA, USDA organic, HACCP, and GMP standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remedy quality issues.
- Implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives within the quality framework.
- Support the Quality Assurance Manager with operational management and strategic planning.
- Proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably within the food industry.
- In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations, USDA organic certifications, HACCP, and GMP.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to function independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.

Role Description:
As an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in upholding the integrity of our quality assurance processes.
