The Project Manager position has a primary responsibility to ensure that each customer is completely satisfied through every step of their project so that the customer is likely to refer others to us for remodeling projects.

• Handle customer complaints, problems and warranty issues
• Make repairs to current and past jobs
• Provide customers with a five star service
• Ensure the job gets done in a timely manner and on time
• Create goodwill for CCHI to generate 5 star reviews and referrals
• Communicate with the customer throughout the entire project with updates on how the job is going
• Communicate with the project coordinator at the end of each day to update them on how the project went for each job you are assigned to. Also throughout the day if a problem or delay has come up.
• Complete a correct final measurements and installations according to priority
• Ensure that each customer issue is handled properly, documented and rectified within 24 business hours
• Obtain necessary permits
• Ensure Sub contractors are using the correct safety gear needed for that job.
• Pulling appropriate permits for jobs
• Collecting final payment after the job is complete and turn it in to the project coordinator within 24 hours.
• Verify materials needed have been delivered, bringing any additional materials to the job site as needed
• Open communication with the Project coordinators(s) on the progress and completion of the jobs
• Assist with the deliveries of materials
• Final walk throughs with completed sheets
• Traveling to jobs in Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine
• Being an advocate for the company and use knowledge and sincerity to overcome customer frustrations around construction challenges
• Let the project coordinator know if a customer requests a warranty
• Punctual to every appointment, if you are going to be late call the project coordinator prior so they can communicate to the customer
• Make sure that the subs are not wasting materials
• Bring all left over back to the supplier
• All materials purchase or returned must have a customer last name and city on the receipt
• All receipts must be turned in every Friday
• Maintain a clean and organized truck
• Data entry
• Review your schedule on Marketsharp every morning and every night, it can and will periodically change
• Follow your schedule
• Needed truck maintenance
• Any and all forms need to be filled out and turned into the project coordinator daily
• Fill out and get a change order form signed by the customer for every change made to the project
• Ensure that every job site is cleaned 100% at the end of the job
• Let the project coordinator know when the dumpster is ready to be picked up
• Able to climb any height ladder
• Able to bend lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs
• Working cell phone
• Ability to walk roofs
• Problem solve
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently in a fast past changing environment
• Excellent organizational, time management, multitasking and skills while managing multiple jobs
