Job Description:
- Executes periodical accruals, expense projections, allocations, and journal entries with precision.
- Conducts thorough analysis and investigation of account variances.
- Offers strategic analysis support on projects for management, contributing to informed decisionmaking.
- Assists in crafting various reports and schedules for the division, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepares financial information for specific periods as requested by management, facilitating effective financial planning.
- Serves as a liaison with auditors at yearend, preparing schedules and annual reports with diligence.
- Upholds the Company's AAP/EEO goals and policies, performing duties in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Undertakes additional duties as required or assigned by the manager, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or possesses equivalent work experience.
- Brings 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting, showcasing a solid understanding of the field.
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Exhibits strong analytical and problemsolving skills, tackling challenges with a solutionoriented mindset.
- Possesses robust written communication skills, ensuring clear and concise information sharing.
- Gathers, monitors, analyzes, and reports financial data to divisional and corporate management teams, aiding in strategic planning and performance evaluation.
Working Conditions
Normal office environment.
Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
