- Candidates with PhD in analytical chemistry or a relevant field with at least 1-2 years of directly relevant mass spectrometry experience.
- Extensive experience developing mass spectrometry characterization methods, data collection, and data processing for biotherapeutics/proteins, including native, intact, and middle-down LC-MS, released glycans, and "bottom-up" peptide mapping (CID & ETD LC-MS/MS) techniques.
- Able to perform method development and testing activities supporting regulatory filing (PPQ comparability, size and charge variants characterization, etc.).
- Must have hands-on experience operating and maintaining Agilent 1290 UPLC and Bruker Maxis II QTOF mass spectrometer/equivalent instruments.
- Must be an expert in data analysis using Protein Metrics software.
- Experience in CMC setup, supporting good documentation practices for testing, data, and report generation.
- Collaborate closely with other CMC team members to meet timelines and deliverables.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
