Position:
Barista/Server/Cashier

We are currently seeking an experienced and versatile Part-Time Barista/Server/Cashier to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests by preparing and serving beverages, assisting with food service, and handling cash transactions with efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and standards.
• Take orders from guests, enter them accurately into the POS system, and process payments with precision.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, answering questions about the menu and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Assist with food service as needed, including running food to tables and refilling drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the barista area, cashier station, and dining area.
• Handle cash and card transactions, balancing cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Uphold high standards of quality and consistency in beverage preparation and presentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista, server, and/or cashier in a fastpaced restaurant or cafe environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso beverages, as well as cashiering procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least [legal working age] years old.
