We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and energetic Teacher Assistant with a to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Help teacher with implementation of activities
Create a safe, nurturing environment for children
Encourage curiosity and knowledge of the world around them through exploration
Assist children with daily needs such as feeding, changing, and nap routines
Focus on social-emotional aspect of toddlers development helping them to deal with social challenges, process emotions and regulate their feelings
Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth, development, and daily activities
Adhere to all center policies and state regulations, maintaining a high standard of professionalism

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children
Ability to act proactively

3. 3. First Aid and CPR certification (can be provided by employer if expired)

Background check is mandatory

5:1 student to teacher ratio

One week of paid vacation after 1 year of employment, 2 weeks of paid vacation after 2 years of employment.
