YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementation of management strategies and policies for the HR department
Employee development and creation of a training plan based on an analysis of training needs
Creation of employment contracts
On and offboarding as well as employee support
Maintenance of personnel files and master data
Planning and implementation of evaluation discussions
Support of employees in labor and personnel matters

YOUR PROFILE:

Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources or a comparable education
At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
Experience in operational HR work
Proactive and independent way of working
Handson mentality
Fluent in German and English is mandatory
