We are currently seeking a manager for our two day care facilities in Geisberghof and Firnhaberau in Caryville, FL, in full-time (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

Conducting initial consultations and advising potential clients and their families
Assisting with the application process for services
Care and service planning
Participation in hiring interviews in collaboration with the managing director
Onboarding of new employees
Staff scheduling / shift planning / vacation planning
Participation in personnel matters
Advising and supporting nursing staff
Integrative and teamoriented personnel management
Negotiating service agreements
Participation in day care as the primary nursing care contact person

Your qualifications:

We are looking for an empathetic and responsible individual with a good heart.
You are a trained nursing professional with work experience.
You have successfully completed the further education as a responsible nursing professional according to § 71 SGB XI (460 hours).
