Job Title:
General Admin


Rate of Pay:
$22/hour

Benefits include:
Paid time off/sick leave, health insurance, retirement plan


Part Time Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday


Responsibilities:


  • Assist Realtors with day to day marketing
  • Transaction Coordinating
  • Input new listings into BAREIS MLS
  • Clerical work
  • Marketing listings
  • Office supply inventory
  • Advertising
  • Template work/light graphic design
  • Create various presentations & print marketing
  • Answering phones
  • Greet clients as they arrive for appointments with agents
  • Miscellaneous administrative support
  • Projects by request from Management
  • Light facilities maintenance

Skillset:


  • Great communication and incredible people skills
  • Reliable and on time
  • Able to provide accurate data entry
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Knowledge of operation of general office equipment
  • Highly competent attention to detail
  • Editing skills
  • Enthusiastic selfstarter, able to work independently and efficiently
  • Highly organized
  • Responsive to agents and management
  • Must be growthminded
  • Able to sit at a desk for computer work & answering phones, be up and around the office, and occasionally lift cases of paper and other supplies
