    At Talentvibe, we're a passionate, boutique recruitment agency dedicated to transforming the talent hiring experience. We partner up with top tech companies and act as an extension of their recruitment teams to help them hire faster and more efficiently.

    We are helping our friends, an early stage San Francisco based startup in the search of a Founding Software Engineer.

    Caregiving is a $290B market that impacts nearly every person at some point in their life. We need to fill 7.8M caregiver job openings by 2026 to care for the 55M+ older adults in the US. We have the opportunity to completely reinvent the caregiving industry. Our client ́s mission is to transform how families receive care by putting caregivers at the center. They have recently closed their Seed round, backed by leading investors and founders.

    About the role:
    Were looking for an entrepreneurial full-stack engineer to join the founding team to help build the core product for caregivers and employers. You'll partner with the CEO to help provide key input on the product roadmap, own product decisions, build our foundational tech platform, and more.

    Role responsibilities:

    • Role responsibilities Write and ship high quality, performant code for our web-based caregiver and employer products.
    • Architect and document our platform while advising key product and infrastructure decisions.
    • Closely collaborate with our founding team across go-to-market, operations, customer support, and more.
    • Flex between frontend, backend, product, and more among a scrappy founding team.

    The Product:

    We are creating the leading talent marketplace for caregivers to find their next job and manage their career. We connect caregivers of older and disabled adults with the best job opportunities and provide the core career platform for caregivers to increase their earning potential, upskill, and optimize care for the exponentially growing population of older and disabled adults.

    About the ideal candidate:

    • 5+ years of experience shipping and iterating code in professional or personal projects.
    • Experience with API development, SQL, devops, CI/CD.
    • Experience building from scratch with little to no guidance.
    • Experience with Typescript, React, but more importantly, able to build and learn fast.

    About the offer:

    • Salary $130k - $190k per annum plus competitive Equity
    • Visa sponsorship not available
    • Hybrid policy: In-person at our offices in San Francisco at least 4 days a week
    • Full-time position

    • This is a full time, W-2 role
