    Job Title: Oracle Cloud EPM Architect

    Job Type: Fulltime

    Location: United States (Remote)

    NOTE:

    • Hands on experience as Functional Lead who can work on multiple EPM modules , solutioning experience is required
    • Solution Architect /Customer facing ( less technical is fine)
    • 80% functional and 20% technical should be fine with most modules. Cloud experience in 2-3 modules is ok

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Provide Oracle EPM & Financial consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire cloud application service implementation lifecycle for Oracle EPM & Financials projects;
    • Lead Pre-sales cycles with the sales team
    • Deep understanding and experience in Oracle financials cloud modules
    • Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle EPM & Financials projects;
    • Work with companies, on-site or remotely, to deploy Oracle EPM;
    • Guide customers through Oracle delivered functionality, advise customers on best practice, map business processes to delivered functionality, document customer requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing;
    • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers;
    • Work with peers to continuously improve delivery model in an effort to provide the most value to customers while increasing project delivery efficiency;
    • Work with and mentor associates to ensure their professional growth and ability to contribute to company growth.
    • Product experience. Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle EPM Close applications or equivalent;
    • Oracle Planning Cloud, including Strategic Modeling, Financials, Projects, Capital, and Workforce Modules;
    • Hyperion Planning, including Projects, Capital and Workforce Modules;
    • Smart View as well as Management Reporting and/or Financial Reporting.
    • 10+ year of implementation experience:
    • Analyzing and documenting business requirements;
    • Writing functional specifications;
    • Testing and troubleshooting;
    • Interfacing with clients and business users.
    • Understanding of Budgeting and Forecasting-related Leading Practices;

    Experience with:

    • Financial statements to include Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow;
    • foreign currency translation and intercompany eliminations;
    • Advanced Member Formula and Calc Manager.
    • Ability to interact effectively with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to define Leading Practice business processes in the Budgeting, Forecasting and Performance Management functional areas;
    • Proven ability to advise clients on high level architecture, technical capability to functional requirement fit and specific module technical and functional attributes;

    Experience in:

    • Leading teams(10+ people);
    • Leading design sessions;
    • Leading Pre-sales
    • Creating requirements and design documents.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies and Microsoft Project;
    • Team player with the ability to work independently and be accountable for results;
    • Leadership capabilities - proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills;
    • Detail oriented, self-starter;
    • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
    • During Covid, travel is limited to client sites but will resume to 50% of the time;

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
