You can expect a diverse and varied range of tasks:

  • Vehicle dispatch: Coordination and planning of the use of tipper trucks.
  • Subcontractor management: Procurement and coordination of subcontractor vehicles.
  • Machine deployment planning: Coordination and dispatch of machine deployment.
  • Transport organization: Coordination of transports and heavy transports.
  • Permit procurement: Procurement of necessary transport permits, if necessary in cooperation with colleagues.
  • Customer communication: Conducting customer conversations and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Container orders: Acceptance of container orders.
  • Small equipment dispatch: Dispatch and transport of small equipment and machines.
  • Rental equipment management: Inquiry and planning of rental equipment.
  • Delivery note management: Entry of delivery notes by drivers.
  • Vacation coverage: Taking over overall dispatch in the absence of colleagues.
