You begin your career at Alhorn in the Hoersteler Industriegebiet Ost.
Here, you will become an expert in our production processes and injection molding machines.
Speaking of machines: We manufacture precision injection molded plastic parts for countless well-known automotive brands, as well as for the household appliances and electronics industries.
You will embark on your journey with a total of about 35 apprentices in Hoerstel.
In Hoerstel, you will have the opportunity to interact with nearly 500 employees. Without exception.

Your career begins in the injection molding department.

Here, you will be responsible for setting up and programming our large machines and complex assembly lines to ensure the required quality of our high-quality plastic products for the automotive industry.

You will learn to plan and control work processes in our production, as well as create the necessary technical documents.

In addition, you will learn how to set up and program injection molding machines from various manufacturers, including entire automated lines with handling robots.
