Description

The Tax Department of Schwarz Dienstleistung is responsible for managing the tax affairs of the companies within the Schwarz Group, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations, and promoting consistent legal application. The department also works to mitigate tax risks for the Schwarz Group companies and contributes to tax optimization.

Your Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for transfer pricing inquiries from business units, functional departments, and group companies both domestically and internationally
Assist in evaluating and responding to transfer pricing projects during tax audits both domestically and internationally
Develop conceptual transfer pricing topics and design and implement corresponding processes
Collaborate with local tax departments in subsidiary companies, the operational department, and tax advisors

Your Profile

Completed studies in economics or law, or a successful training in the higher service of the tax administration
Relevant professional experience in a tax consulting firm, the tax department of a company, or alternatively in the tax administration, ideally with a focus on transfer pricing
Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues and develop stable solutions independently
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
High level of independence and initiative
Teamwork, interest in professional development, and willingness to perform
