Position Purpose:

Handle the administration, maintenance, and communication of customer accounts. Responsibilities include pricing, waste characterizations, contract specifications, manifests and schedules, resolving invoice discrepancies, and more to ensure accuracy and address customer inquiries. Support sales efforts and maintain the customer base.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Efficiently address customer inquiries on waste disposal, pricing, contracts, and regulations.
Process waste profile sheets, enter information accurately, and communicate with appropriate personnel.
Manage waste pickup calls, review billing data, and make sales calls to clients.
Support in determining contract details, provide quotations, and process tracking requests.
Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience/Background:

High School diploma or equivalent required
Associate's degree in a related field preferred
1-3 years of prior work experience in the hazardous waste industry preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Ability to create reports
Strong team player
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Time management skills for handling multiple deadlines
Customer-focused
Proficient in computer skills
