- Answers incoming customer calls and assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service
- Attends to all customer walkins and handle billing issues, claims, service questions and general client concerns
- Update customer information in the customer service database
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues and for resolving customer queries on a fast pace.
Skills required:
- Bilingual
- English and Spanish speakers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Inurance customer service role
- Ability to work well in a team environment
