• Identify and prospect potential clients in the Tampa area, including homeowners, contractors, and businesses.
• Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and quotes to clients.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contacts, leads, and sales transactions.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends, products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

• Sales experience and knowledge in concrete coatings, fabrication, surface prep, and/or tile.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Selfmotivated and goaloriented, with a drive to succeed
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as needed.
