Your responsibilities
- Telephone customer support
- Maintenance and archiving of maintenance and service documents
- Coordination of maintenance and service assignments
- Creation of delivery notes and shipping documents
- Creation of quotes for service and maintenance
- Hotel bookings for technicians
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience with ERP systems
- High level of initiative
- Independent and structured way of working
- Teamwork, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Good English skills in spoken and written, possibly another foreign language
