Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads within the commercial sector, including businesses, offices, schools, and government agencies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct onsite assessments and consultations to understand the scope and requirements of each commercial move.
- Present our moving services and capabilities to prospective clients, emphasizing our expertise, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to customize moving plans that meet their specific needs, budget, and timeline.
- Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals, detailing the scope of work, pricing, and terms of service.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of moving projects, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the moving process, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the moving or logistics industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Knowledge of commercial moving processes, including packing, transportation, and logistics, is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
