Looking to hire an admin assistant to help Ayala Electric on internal duties. Electrical or Construction background preferred but not required.Duties include:
1.) Assist accounting with certified payrolls.
2.) Assist accounting with timesheet.
3.) Renew and upkeeping business licensing.
4.) Company vehicle and equipment control.
5.) Renew and upkeeping registration, insurance for company vehicle.
6.) Data entry in QuickBooks.
7.) Assist with Certified insurance for projects.
Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:
