We are looking for a dog trainer in Brookhaven, GA who has experience working with young dogs. Our dog has been trained using positive reinforcement and punishment by removing rewards. He has always had a lot of energy and has been socialized with people and other dogs since he was a puppy. However, he has recently developed aggressive behavior towards other dogs, making our walks together unpleasant. Despite our efforts to reinforce positive interactions with other dogs, he still displays aggressive behavior in about 40% of the encounters. We feel like we are not connecting with our dog and it is affecting our quality of life.
