Description

Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is a growing Autism insurance company seeking a highly motivated case/staffing coordinator. ABS provides quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children and adults on the Autism Spectrum.

We provide services all over the NY/NJ areas:

including Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Five Boroughs, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten-Island, Westchester, Hudson River Valley and Central NJ area.

Responsibilities:

Recruit, interview and evaluate employee applicants for open cases needing staffing
Attend various job fairs across NY/NJ.
Customer service calls to clients and feedback submitted to the team.
Maintain staff records and adhering to company guidelines regarding client confidentiality.
Collaborate with staffing coordinators
Ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities through good time management and organizational skills.
Strong problemsolving skills and works with administration to implement improvement processes
Attend meetings and/or trainings as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor' Degree in psychology, social work or related human/social services field (preferred).
15 years of recruitment experience (preferred), recruitment in healthcare (preferred)
Highly organized, detailoriented person who can multi task and prioritize
Strong computer skills (Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook)
Excellent writing, communication and administrative skills
Customer service oriented
Demonstrated leadership and people skills
