    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior .Net Developer at The Dot Corp located in Irvine, CA. As a Senior .Net Developer, you will be responsible for day-to-day software development tasks, including object-oriented programming, .NET Core development, and ASP.NET MVC. You will be an integral part of our team creating and implementing innovative solutions.

    This is a hybrid position -- 4 days in the office, 1 day work from home. Qualified applicants will need to be able to commute to Irvine, CA daily.

    Qualifications

    • Strong skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Software Development
    • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC; at least 8 years of experience
    • Proficiency with SQL Server; at least 8 years of experience
    • Proficiency with Angular, v12 preferred; at least 4 years of experience
    • Posses a solid understanding of the Microsoft Stack, Active Directory, object-oriented development, SDLC, clean architecture, and cloud development in Azure
    • Expertise building secure web and Windows applications, C#, REST APIs, .Net 6+, SQL Server, EntityFramework Core 6+, MVC 4+, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, JSON, Linq, dependency injection, and UI/UX design
    • Experience in creating and maintaining clean, high-quality code
    • Knowledge of database design, database modeling, and writing stored procedures
    • Knowledge of programming and software development best practices
    • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience and understanding of Agile / SCRUM methodologies
    • Experience with software versioning and change management practices utilizing GitHub or Azure DevOps
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
    • Demonstrated ability to creatively solver technical challenges
    • Strong attention to details, software quality, and ability to think critically
    • Experience building Azure DevOps including CI/CD, functions, messaging services, notification hubs, monitor, user secrets, key vault, and load balancing
    • Compensation depends on experience
    • Must be a U.S. citizen
    • Must possess a California Driver License

    Preferred Skills / Experiences

    • Experience with Blazor, Maui, SOAP, WCF, WPF, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and/or PowerShell a plus
    • Experience in the fulfillment industry or related fields is a plus
    • Knowledge of Domain Driven Design
    • Experience with Test Driven Development; ability to write unit and integration tests; utilize Moq
