- Assess and evaluate creditworthiness of loan applicants
- Structure loan terms and negotiate agreements
- Prepare loan proposals and presentations for review and approval
- Monitor loan portfolio performance and proactively address any potential issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Loan Officer
- Proven track record of success in origination and underwriting and credit analysis. Prior experience as a loan underwriter or credit analyst is MANDATORY
- Prior experience in preparation of loan memorandums for credit committee approval is also MANDANDTORY
- Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance best practices
