Key Responsibilities:


  • Execute on documented processes that deliver client value.
  • Perform functional processes, understand products, and articulate solutions.
  • Drive analytical efforts in areas specific to business function and industry focus.
  • Assist in the development of strategic business insights and recommendations for improvements to business functions by partnering with client leads and aligning business priorities.
  • Initiate process improvement projects across department in conjunction with the Project Management Office, Business Analysts and client(s).
  • Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity, character, and professionalism in every customer and client interaction
