Our rapidly growing medical practice that provides residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities with top-of-the-line care is looking for a superstar Nurse Practitioner to be part of a healthcare management group that service nursing homes in different states with subacute and post-acute care.

Job Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as Nurse Practitioner in a Nursing home setting.
  • Expertise in primary care, subacute care and chronic care practices
  • Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
  • Valid nurse practitioner license in GA
  • Masters degree; PhD is a plus.


As the nurse practitioner at our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will be at the forefront of providing top-quality care to our residents.

In this role, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team and physicians to ensure that all of our residents receive the highest level of care.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
  • Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
  • Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Communicate with attending physicians and/or specialists regarding patient care
